Customer Success and Onboarding Team: Seamless Adoption and Comprehensive Onboarding

 

On average, eSentire's MDR solution can be deployed in 14 days. During this time, we are dedicated to making your onboarding experience simple and worry-free. Our onboarding team will work closely with you throughout the entire onboarding process by:

  • Guiding you through deployment planning, including engaging technical requirements and logistics so that you are set up for success.
  • Ensuring you are comfortable with eSentire and our 24/7 SOC, who acts as an extension of your team and works around-the-clock to protect your organization.
  • Answering any questions that you may have, ensuring you have complete transparency and understanding of your MDR services.

Once onboarding is completed, your Customer Success Manager (CSM) will be introduced to you. Your CSM will be your primary point of contact and will be responsible for a broad range of tasks including regular service reviews and managing compliance documentation.
