eSentire ranks 247th fastest growing on Deloitte's 2017 Technology Fast 500

Cyber Security Company Attributes Revenue Growth to Development of Leading-Edge Technology to Meet Midmarket Security Services Demand

The Technology Fast 500 provides a ranking of the fastest growing technology, media, telecommunications, life sciences, and energy tech companies—both public and private—in North America. eSentire ranked #247 (up 41 spots from last year), with 391%percent revenue growth from 2013 to 2016. 2017 Performance Highlights

Over the past year, eSentire reported strong growth across sales, client acquisition, and customer expansion. Its flagship service, eSentire Managed Detection and Response™ (eSentire MDR) is currently deployed at more than 1500 sites globally, across numerous industry verticals including legal, finance, manufacturing, healthcare, and many others. eSentire MDR leverages purpose-built technology, and highly trained security analysts to detect, investigate and rapidly resolve cyber threats in customers’ internal and cloud environments before they become business-impacting events.

In August of this year, eSentire announced a sizeable growth equity investment from global private equity firm Warburg Pincus. eSentire will use the investment to accelerate its growth by expanding its technology services to existing clients, as well as allow the company to help more organizations in new markets mitigate the risks associated with cyber attacks.

Overall, 2017 Technology Fast 500 companies achieved revenue growth ranging from 135 percent to 59,093 percent from 2013 to 2016, with a median growth of 380 percent.
