J.Paul Haynes, P.Eng., CEO
Mr. Haynes joined the firm in 2010 to bring his expertise in sales, marketing and growth strategies to the organization. He has started, financed and sold a number of enterprise software businesses in sectors including energy, government, healthcare and engineering and technologies including ERP, CRM, ECM, CIS and Project Management. Mr. Haynes is a professional engineer and holds a Masters in Engineering and sits on several Boards of Directors.
Eldon Sprickerhoff, Co-founder and EVP Security Services
Mr. Sprickerhoff co-founded the company 10+ years ago and leads the customer facing team that conducts vulnerability and security assessments. He has extensive background in information security and is considered to be a subject matter expert. Mr. Sprickerhoff holds a B.Math in Computer Science.
Ed Dengler, Co-founder and Chief of Security Research
Mr. Dengler co-founded the company 10+ years ago after several years in the financial services technology sector. As Chief of Security Research, Mr. Dengler is working on solving our most challenging security problems and works closely with the universities and other research partners. Mr. Dengler holds a M.Sc. in Computer Science.
Rick Dalmazzi, Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Dalmazzi is a technology industry veteran who has held leadership positions in technology companies ranging in size from start-up to publicly-traded. Most recently he was President & CEO at VoIPshield, a VoIP security company, and earlier in his career was President & CEO at Certicom, a publicly-traded encryption company. Mr. Dalmazzi started his career at IBM, and holds a Bachelor of Mathematics, Computer Science degree from the University of Waterloo.
Steve McGeown, VP of Marketing and Product Management
Mr. McGeown brings 20+ years of extensive high-tech industry marketing, product development & product strategy experience. He has held executive roles at both established multi-national firms as well as multiple embryonic, start-ups that have went on to produce $70M+ run rates. His engineering level career started in the early 90’s, at the forefront of IP routing and network infrastructure technology and includes more than 10 years in progressively more senior security-related product portfolio ownership and marketing roles. Mr. McGeown holds a B.Math in Computer Science.
